Choosing a finish
The sheen matters as much as the colour.
Same colour, five different rooms. Here is where each finish belongs, so you are not scrubbing a matt wall six months from now.
Matt
Flattens glare and hides uneven surfaces. Best for ceilings, bedrooms and low-traffic walls.
Eggshell
A soft, low sheen that wipes clean. Our default for living and dining areas.
Satin
Handles moisture and scuffs. Suited to kitchens, corridors and children's rooms.
Semi-gloss
Tough and washable. Doors, skirting, window frames and bathroom walls.
Gloss
Highest sheen and the hardest wearing. Metal gates, grilles and railings.
How a job runs
Five stages, in this order, every time.
Most single units are done in two to four working days. You will know which stage we are at each evening.

Site visit
We measure up, check the existing paint and note any damp, cracks or mould. You get a fixed written quote.

Protect
Furniture moved and covered, floors sheeted, sockets and skirting masked before a single tin is opened.
03
Prepare
Scrape, sand, fill and patch. Stains sealed and bare surfaces primed so the topcoat actually lasts.

Paint
Two topcoats as standard, cut in by hand at the edges, rolled evenly across the field. Third coat on strong colour changes.

Hand back
Sheets lifted, tape removed, floors swept and furniture returned. We walk the unit with you before we leave.

Coats
One primer or sealer where needed, plus two topcoats. Deep or dark colour changes get a third.
Paint supplied
Established brands available in Singapore. Tell us your preferred brand and we will quote it.
Low-odour options
Low-VOC and odourless paints for occupied homes, nurseries and clinics.
Duration
A typical 4-room unit takes 2–4 working days. We confirm the schedule before we start.
Working hours
Weekday, weekend and after-office slots for shops and offices that cannot close.
Protection
Floors sheeted, furniture wrapped and moved back, fittings masked. Site swept before handover.
Touch-ups
Post-handover touch-ups on workmanship covered within the agreed period on your quote.
Payment
Deposit on confirmation, balance on completion. PayNow or bank transfer against invoice.
